Die-sinking and wire EDM

Upon direct and specific request, G.M.G. SRL HI-TECH uses erosion technologies to create specific high-quality products: die-sinking and wire EDM.

With wire EDM, G.M.G. SRL HI-TECH is able to perform even very small cuts on minute components. To give some examples, this technology allows us to work on syringe needles and other precision medical equipment, as well as components of automotive injectors with extreme precision or punches for the paper industry. One of the most interesting advantages of wire EDM is the ability to complete the job without leaving any type of waste.
