Srl (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") with registered office in via Enrico Fermi,6 - 24053 Brignano Gera d'Adda (Bergamo) - VAT number / Tax code 02823500166 - REA BG - 326188 is the data controller and the processing related to the services offered by the Company takes place at the aforementioned office and is handled only by the technical personnel in charge of processing and is not communicated or disclosed to third parties. The personal data provided by users who forward requests of various kinds are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or performance requested.
The data acquired will be processed by the Company - also through external collaborators - exclusively for the performance of the tasks assigned and for its own administrative and accounting purposes, even when they are communicated to third parties. The interested party has the right to ask the Data Controller for access to personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the limitation of processing or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability by sending a request to the email address that you will find at the bottom of the document.
.The Company undertakes to adopt the organizational, physical and logical measures referred to in art. 32 et seq. of the Regulation in order to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data.
Our Company, through this page, makes you aware that protecting the Customer's Privacy is one of our main objectives. For this reason, we believe it is essential that our procedures are compliant and constantly adapted to the provisions of the legislation in force from time to time regarding the protection of personal data. This is the effective tool that we use to avoid unauthorized disclosure, use, alteration and destruction of the personal information in our possession, to guarantee you constant protection and total correctness in all operations of processing of the Customer's personal data.
Our Company is constantly committed to protecting the online privacy of its users. This document will allow you to know our privacy policy to understand how your personal information is managed when you use our services and to allow you, if necessary, to give an express and informed consent to the processing of your personal data in the sections of the site where you are asked to provide personal data.
According to the provisions of the Regulation, the processing carried out by our Company will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, limitation of purposes and storage, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
The site does not currently require any type of registration by the User and is purely descriptive of the type of services offered. Our site does not contain FORM for requesting data and does not contain cookies of any type.

1. Owner
The Owner of the processing carried out through the Site is our Company as defined above. The Owner is available for any information regarding the processing of personal data. It is possible to contact the Owner by writing to the company PEC address in the contacts.
2. Personal data subject to processing
By processing of personal data we mean any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction. The Customer's data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
As previously proposed, THE SITE DOES NOT REQUIRE REGISTRATION DATA and therefore no data registration and storage is carried out.
a. Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the Site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and our customers' sites and to check their correct functioning, to identify anomalies and/or abuses, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts does not persist for more than fourteen days, unless requested by the user
b. Data processed in the context of interaction with social media
The links to social networks present on the website activate external link pages to the website itself: by clicking on the link the User accepts the management of the data of the social network.
c. Data provided voluntarily by the interested party
We use the personal data you make available exclusively for the purposes of technical administration of the web pages and to meet your requests and requirements, for example to answer your questions. Your personal data will not be transferred, sold or transmitted in any way to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of a contract or if you have expressly given your consent for such activities. When using particular Services, processing of Personal Data sent by the Customer may occur. With respect to such hypotheses, the Customer acts as an independent data controller, assuming all legal obligations and responsibilities. In this sense, the Customer grants the broadest indemnity with respect to any dispute, claim, request for compensation for damage from processing, etc. that may be received by our company from third parties whose personal data have been processed through its use of the Services in violation of the applicable data protection regulations. In any case, if the Customer provides or otherwise processes Personal Data of third parties in the use of the Service, he/she guarantees from now - assuming all related liability - that this particular hypothesis of processing is based on an appropriate legal basis (for example, the consent of the interested party) pursuant to art. 6 of the Regulation which legitimises the processing of the information in question.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
The site absolutely does not contain contact forms, newsletters or private messages that automatically receive the Customer's data and with the request to send an email, the email manager will open on the Customer's terminal or telephone, which will automatically manage the sending of the email without allowing the site to record any automatic information.
d. Cookies - Definition
We reiterate that no personal data of users is acquired in this site. The main terms and functions of Cookies and functions related to their functioning are described in a generic way in the next paragraph, only to give the User a vision of how the technology in question operates within websites, e-commerce and blogs.
Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by the user send and record on his/her computer or mobile device, to be then re-transmitted to the same sites on the next visit. Thanks to cookies, a site remembers the user's actions and preferences (such as, for example, login data, the chosen language, font size, other display settings, etc.) so that they do not have to be indicated again when the user returns to visit the site or navigates from one page to another. Cookies are therefore used to perform computer authentication, session monitoring and storage of information regarding the activities of users who access a site and may also contain a unique identification code that allows tracking of the user's navigation within the site itself for statistical or advertising purposes. While browsing a site, the user may also receive on his computer or mobile device cookies from sites or web servers other than the one he is visiting (so-called "third party" cookies). Some operations could not be performed without the use of cookies, which in some cases are therefore technically necessary for the functioning of the site.
There are various types of cookies, depending on their characteristics and functions, and these can remain on the user's computer or mobile device for different periods of time:
so-called session cookies, which are automatically deleted when the browser is closed;
so-called persistent cookies, which remain on the user's device until a pre-established deadline.
According to the legislation in force in Italy, the use of cookies does not always require the express consent of the user. In particular, "technical cookies", i.e. those used for the sole purpose of transmitting a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user, do not require such consent.

For the safety of the User, who may not believe the previous wording, permission for Google Analytics to collect and store data can be revoked at any time using a browser extension, available at the link http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. In addition, this site uses an anonymization function for the IP address, ensuring that it is processed by Google only in its abbreviated form in order to completely exclude the possibility of establishing a connection with the individual.

The Customer can select which proprietary cookies to authorize through the specific procedure set up on this page, as well as authorize, block or delete (in whole or in part) cookies through the specific functions of his navigation program (so-called browser).

e. Third-party websites and services
The Google Fonts API is designed to limit the collection, storage and use of end-user data to what is necessary to serve the fonts efficiently.
The website uses Google Fonts RESIDENT exclusively on the server where the website is installed.
ATTENTION - Fonts are not loaded via the Google Fonts API and no data is sent to servers outside of Europe.
The Site may contain links to other websites that have their own privacy policy, management of cookies and sensitive data that may be different from that adopted by the Company and which is therefore not responsible for these sites. The Company relies on the information expressed by the sites themselves.
3. Purpose of the processing
The processing that we intend to carry out, with the specific consent of the Customer where necessary, has the following purposes:
a. to allow the provision of the Services requested to find descriptive information about our business;
b. to allow navigation and consultation of the website;
c. to respond to requests for assistance or information, which we will receive via email, telephone or through the "Contacts" page received from our Site;
d. to fulfill legal, accounting and tax obligations;
e. possibly carry out direct marketing via email for services similar to those subscribed to, unless the Customer has objected to such processing initially or on the occasion of subsequent communications, for the pursuit of our legitimate interest in promoting products or services in which the Customer may reasonably be interested;
f. make personalized commercial proposals based on the products or services purchased by the Customer, or in which he or she is interested by browsing our Site. This means, for example, that if the Customer is a retailer, he or she will receive commercial offers intended for retailers; if the Customer has browsed our Site to search for information on certain services, he or she will receive offers relating to such services; finally, if the Customer is using a service, based on his or her use of the service, he or she will receive targeted communications from us. This type of analysis is typically carried out on purchase data relating to both natural and legal persons and the related decisions are not based on solely automated processing. Such processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller in customizing its commercial proposals. The Customer can always request the deletion of data or oppose this treatment by contacting our Company via PEC mail;
g. for the exclusive purposes of security and prevention of fraudulent conduct, the Data Controller implements a control system that involves the detection and analysis of user behavior on the site associated with the processing of personal data. The consequences of such processing are that if a person attempts to carry out fraudulent conduct on the Site, the Company reserves the right to exclude such person and adopt appropriate measures to protect itself.
4. Recipients of personal data
The Customer's personal data may be shared, for regular purposes, with:
a. persons who typically act as data controllers, namely:
1) persons, companies or professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy to our Company in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial and debt collection matters relating to the provision of the Services;
2) persons with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of the Services or persons delegated to carry out technical maintenance activities;
b. subjects, entities or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate the Customer's personal data by virtue of provisions of law or orders of the authorities (for example, during criminal investigations);
c. persons authorized by our Company to process personal data necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of the Services, who have committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality, such as our employees;
d. commercial partners for their own purposes, autonomous and distinct, only if the Customer has given specific consent upon our communication.
5. Transfer of personal data
No personal data of the Customer will be transferred to locations not authorized by the Customer in compliance with the Regulation.
6. Storage of personal data
The Personal Data processed for the purposes referred to in section 3 (a,b and c) will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve those same purposes. The personal data processed for the purposes referred to in section 3(d) will be retained until the time provided for by the specific obligation or applicable law.
For the purposes referred to in section 3 (e)(f), the Customer's personal data will instead be processed until the Customer's consent is revoked or up to three years after the Customer has ceased to be a customer.
7. Rights of interested parties
The Customer has the right to request from the Company, at any time, access to his/her personal data, their rectification or cancellation himself/herself or to oppose their processing in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the Regulation. The Customer has the right to request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data concerning him/her (portability), in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the Regulation.
The Customer can request these operations at any time at the certified email address at the contacts on the site. In any case, the Customer always has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if he believes that the processing of his data is contrary to the legislation in force.
8. Changes
This privacy policy is effective from 1 April 2026. The Company reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part or completely, also due to changes in the applicable legislation. If the changes to this Policy concern substantial changes in the treatments or may in any case have a significant impact on the interested parties, the Company will take care to notify them appropriately to the interested parties in the ways it deems most functional for both parties.

Google My Business string
The verification string of GOOGLE MY BUSINESS, a service of GOOGLE INC., has been placed within the site. Google My Business is a tool offered by Google that allows you to gain visibility on its search engine and on Google Maps. The tool also allows you to analyze information on searches performed previously on the engine and make the website appear in the list of related searches and activate GOOGLE MAPS, all however exclusively on the browser and not on the site. The Customer's data is not stored by our site and in our archives.
