The logistics department of G.M.G. SRL HI-TECH plays a crucial role in managing materials and developing customized solutions for customers. The digital archive, containing over 15,000 projects, represents a wealth of knowledge and experience gained in over thirty years of activity. The team, composed of highly qualified professionals, is constantly updated on new technologies and materials available on the market, in order to propose innovative and competitive solutions. The logistics department also efficiently manages the warehouse and coordinates the various phases of the production process, ensuring maximum quality and timeliness of service.
Our Raw Materials and Methodology office, in close collaboration with the technical office, boasts a deep knowledge of materials and production processes, gained in over thirty years of experience. The digital archive, which collects all past processing, allows us to quickly identify the most effective solution for every need. We are able to develop customized processes, even with innovative materials, guaranteeing optimal analysis and production start-up times. The set of these divisions, which coordinates the production activities, is called the Production Office.
G.M.G. SRL HI-TECH has an optimal Technical Office capable of interfacing with the Customer in the analysis and design phase. Specialized in the design, development and production of mechanical parts, it is equipped with CAD-CAM stations and 2D and 3D technical drawing stations directly connected to the network with the various machine tools. To improve the quality of the products and the optimization of their production cycles, our specialized technicians provide expertise and professionalism gained over decades of experience.
G.M.G. SRL HI-TECH also provides support for the design, development and production of each mechanical part made to design and in compliance with the specific requests of the Customer.
Starting from the technical specifications, from the 3D models defined by the Customer, or directly from the physical piece, the technical office is able to provide a detailed feasibility study of the project and to develop in a very short time the production cycle and the equipment necessary for the production of the component. The use of 3D CAD also allows G.M.G. SRL HI-TECH to completely manage a complex project, proposing to the Customer the most appropriate solutions for the development of the parts that make up the product. We are able to combine this technology with 3D prototyping in plastic material, allowing the printing of samples giving the Customer the possibility to touch the piece with his own hands and possibly carry out assembly and size tests. Thanks to the use of various CAD and high-quality software, there are no problems in communicating with the systems used by Customers, allowing the reading of files in any format. We use software such as Creo Elements for the design part and ProdWare ERP for the management part.
Since 2005, G.M.G. SRL HI-TECH has had an optimal, cutting-edge Metrology Office, capable of analyzing and testing any component and any device required at every stage of production. The metrology room is an air-conditioned and temperature-controlled environment, equipped with the tools and equipment needed for precision testing and dimensional control operations. The approach to quality control complies with ISO 9001:2015 standards, an integral part of our production cycle. In fact, each processing phase requires scrupulous checks, starting from the raw materials, guaranteed by selected and certified suppliers, up to the dimensional verification of the finished product.

SRL HI-TECH has machinery and systems produced by Zeiss (three-dimensional control machines CMM Zeiss Contura RDS, equipped with RDS rotating head and Vast XXT continuous scanning sensor and an operating station O-Inspect 322), Vision Engineering, Mitutoyo PJ300, Ernsl, Evilaser, Trimos V4, Lista, etc.
Being able to count on high-quality machinery allows us to provide perfect services and products. Zeiss technology allows the detection of all the geometric and dimensional characteristics of any mechanical component, regardless of their position. It is particularly suitable for complex measurements that require high accuracy, allowing us to carry out single and serial measurements, in a single placement and at high speeds. All machinery is periodically checked by specialized personnel sent by the manufacturers. In our specialized department we can have in addition to 2 probe systems, 3 3D control machines, altimeter, durometer, profile projector, enlarger and a laser system for marking. We believe that our metrology office can be considered high quality and technologically advanced.
